Sorry folks....   This biz trip to Milan has me scrambling a bit more than usual so no time to blog for at least the next few days.   From here, I'm shipping off to Madrid for a couple of days and then finally back to SF on Saturday.    Milan, Madrid, San Francisco - trust me, it sounds FAR more glamorous than it actually is.  

I should finally be adjusted to Central Euro Time by tomorrow (Thur) so I may get 2 full nights of sleep before finally hauling my butt back to SF.   My hotel in Milan is out in the boonies at an office park that appears to be ~45 min away from city center.   Probably the San Francisco equiv of finding yourself at the Airport Sheraton in Millbrae rather than downtown SF.   There is nada to do here (which doesn't matter since I'm floored by work right now) and even if I really wanted to head out, it's pouring rain.

On the plus side, WiFi is slowly but surely infiltrating here.   My hotel doesn't have it BUT, every airport I've had to relay through so far has.  

A quick spot check fo the news headlines out here - all 4 leading Italian papers are headlining with "Scandalo Tortura."   Sigh.
