I put up a review of Robert Kagan's Of Paradise and Power in my Book Reviews section.   In short, a very quick read (~100 pages in pocket format) with a well articulated discussion of Kagan's theory that power discrepencies are the root cause driving US and European divergences.  The only faults of the book stem from the it being an extension of a single essay rather than a comprehensive book outlining the transatlantic squabble.
