Minor Tremor

Just felt a minor tremor here in my office in Redwood City, CA.  Pretty wild.  I'm on the 3rd floor of a building undoubtedly built on relatively shaky ground.   (The complex is on a small outgrowth of land that goes right into the SF bay.)

An officemate -- who's been through 2 relatively major earthquakes in SF and LA -- was a little emotionally shaken.   In my case, having only been through 1 other very minor earthquake (in Seattle ~5 yrs ago), the only thing I could say to her was "this is so cool!"

Some details on the tremor are here.
