Another FYI - my blogging cycles are being consumed over at ironblog.   I posted my quick rebuttal last night and you can check it out here.  

The rebuttal is in response to the challenger's piece here.  He laid out the argument that even victimless crimes have social impact and that, as a result, society has some latitude to adopt policies & measures against such crimes via voting and representative government.  (for ex., most communities do their best to get cops to shoo off streetwalkers in their midst)

My response was, in classic libertarian fashion, the observation that what these communities object to (street walkers, etc.) are direct artifacts of illegality rather than the vice itself.   There's also a small discussion in the response about Positive vs. Negative rights and how victimless crimes play into this mix.
