Spent a quite a bit of time today debugging the CGI/Perl/File-based comments system and integrating it with my Citydesk publishing.    The Perl/CGI core came from cgiComments which can be found here.  It took a fair bit of hacking up Citydesk's naming scheme for articles to make it sorta compatible with comment file naming scheme used in cgiComments.    

I'll give it a test run here for a little while before pushing it out further.
