Just wanted to make a quick note of some of the behind-the-scenes housekeeping on the blog that readers may be interested / not interested in

• Updated my "primary" blogroll on the left handside of the main page
• Added a "secondary" blogroll which is a linked page to contain other blogs of interest
• Added an "essentials" page which links to some of my personal favorite posts
• Fixed up my comments system;  some folks were having trouble adding comments to my blog;   also had some long running problems w/ CSS rendering in Netscape / Mozilla browsers
• I have NOT updated the book reviews in a little while;   I've been reading but nothing's moved me enough to write a review / reaction  (some of the recently read books:  Moral Animal ; Post Human Future ; 21 Laws of Leadership;   perhaps I'll put up a few short ppgs on each one later....)
