I had a few hours on my biz trip to snap some picts.  These are all sights I've hit before but armed with my new digital camera, I was seeing them again through new eyes   ;-)

Paris -- the Eiffel Tower by day...	Paris -- .. and by night.   Contrast this with my pict of the the tower clone in Las Vegas	Paris -- new for '03, strobe lights on the Eiffel Tower that flash for 10 minutes starting at midnight.   It's a VERY cool effect and - in French fashion - very artfully done.   A still pict can't capture the rhythm and placement synchrony they've achieved on this no doubt very delicate project
Stockholm - National Museum and waterfront	Stockholm - one of the wild things out there was that in the summer, Stockholm literally gets ~20 hrs of daylight.   This is a shot at "dusk" - the clocktower says "9:45pm";   The sun fully goes down around 10:15ish and sunrise begins at 3:30ish	London - the de rigueur shot of Big Ben
